As of corona these days there is a risk of getting infected if you go gym or if you go outside more without precaution . But in gym you can be sure about your precaution but you can't tell others if they are taking safety measures according to these days. So the best way is to do workout at home these where you can be comfortable and feel safe during this pandemic. So today we will be showing how you can stay fit by doing different home workout's which you can do it inside your bed room , terrace ,backyard.
1. Push Ups
Benefits : Pushup are very beneficial because they are the base of workout or you can say starting point of any workout and it helps in increasing your strength ,and stamina of your upper body. You can also concentrate of specific body parts like triceps, pectoral muscles ,shoulder but if you are beginner you should go for traditional pushups only.
2. Plank
Benefits : Plank is very beneficial exercise for core and abdomen because it not work on abdomens but also the other ab muscle as well as spine and up the shoulder gridle. To make strong core add plank to your workout.
3. Squats
Benefits : Squats is a lower body exercise which helps in strengthen the lower body as well as helps in building a core , boost your athletics abilities , and keeps your whole body engage in workout.
